Job Description

We are seeking a Temporary HR Report Developer to join our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team. This role is ideal for a data-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about transforming HR data into actionable insights.
What Youll Do:
Design & Maintain Reports: Build and manage custom reports and dashboards in Dayforce HCM (or similar platforms like Workday, UKG, Oracle HCM).
Data Analysis: Use SQL to query, validate, and ensure the accuracy of recurring and ad hoc reports.
Translate Needs into Solutions: Work closely with stakeholders to turn functional requirements into technical reporting specifications.
As Reporting Needs Decrease, Youll Also:
Support the HR helpdesk, resolving user issues in Dayforce and other HR systems.
Assist with W-2, ACA, and Open Enrollment testing and documentation.
Contribute to broader HRIS projects as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in HR reporting, HRIS, or data analysis (public sector experience a plus).
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Dayforce or similar HCM platforms.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
