Data Center/ Hardware Engineer

Insight Global is looking for a Data Center/ Hardware Engineer supporting a financial services organization. This role would be helping a engineering and computing compacity infrasture services group.

-Building and designing, engineering and maintaining an on prem data center environment.
-Building out server technologies managing HP stack, VCF platform at an enterprise scale.
-Supporting all data center technologies including networking, server architecture, systems, & compacity.

Must Haves:
5-7 enterpise experience enviroment (HP, Cisco and VM Ware hardware environment)
-Compacity planning for new applications and technologies containing: AI devlopment (GCU & GPU)
-Experience working with change management tools- Service Now and Jira
-Solid Project managment skills
-Building out virtual and physical IT infrastructure
-Expereince working with multiple engineering teams

This role a local role to raleigh NC, RTP triangle area, however the resource would only need to be onsite one day a week or as an as need bases. To oversee technogy changes at the data center site.
