Job Description

As a Critical Facilities Engineer, your daily work will focus on the infrastructure that supports the bank’s critical operations of the data center.

-Monitor and respond to alerts from the Building Automation System (BAS)
-Support scheduled activities related to system upkeep and reliability
-Follow established safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
-Maintain accurate documentation of system status, activities, and incidents
-Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors during site visits and assist with scheduling critical maintenance work

Key Focus Areas
-Oversight and monitoring of critical facility systems
-Collaboration with engineering and operations teams to ensure uptime and reliability
-Documentation and reporting of system performance and operational activities
-Adherence to safety and compliance procedures

Required Skills & Experience

Solid understanding of how electrical systems function
Detail-oriented – thorough in documentation, procedures, and system monitoring
Willingness to learn data center operations and etiquette
Familiarity with LOTO procedures and safety standards

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior data center experience operations is a plus, but not required
