Our client is looking for an Insurance Project Manager to join the team! This role is fully remote with quarterly travel to the headquarters in NC (fully covered). This is a direct hire position with full benefits, PTO, paid holidays.
The Insurance project manager will support the entire insurance, revenue cycle management, and practice training group inside the broader healthcare services reporting directly to the SVP of Insurance.
The role will help create, maintain and report on project(s) as we evolve the insurance function. There will be projects of all sizes, technology, process people, outsourcing/insourcing and more. This will be a great role to help us build out our insurance function at the corporate level as well as rolling out to our 450 clinics. The role will be part of the initial creation, and the weekly and monthly reported, as required.

At least 5 year experience in a project management type role
Experience with technology projects a plus
Experience managing large groups of people that do not report to the individual
Good understanding of US healthcare, dental a plus
Strong analytical skills including graphing, create queries, working in Power BI a plus
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Bachelor's degree required
