Our client is looking for a Documentation Specialist to join the team! This is a remote position but will require extensive communication to a variety of internal stakeholders. Looking for a specialist to crate process maps and SOPs surrounding all processes within the Insurance Services organization. Beginning of the role will be 80-90% communication to understand the processes. Looking for someone with some knowledge within RCM/medical payments or insurance who can learn quickly. Must have proven skills in Visio and PowerPoint. This is a short-term contract to create documentation for this department.

2+ years of proven Visio skills utilized in a corporate environment to create process maps
Experience creating SOPs
Professional Microsoft PowerPoint experience
Knowledge of/background in Revenue Cycle Management/Commercial Insurance/Payments
Great communication and ability to work with and draw information from variety of stakeholders and teams
