Job Description
- Lead end-user deployment of laptop equipment
- Deliver 1,600 laptops (including Macs)
- Break down deployment into logical groupings
- Collaborate with: External vendors for deployment support & Procurement team using Autopilot for data migration
- Support Services team and shared drives
- Support integration campaigns for laptop equipment
- Oversee core branch integration (starting June)
- Lead and coordinate end-user laptop deployments, including delivery of 1,600+ devices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, IT, Support Team) and external Managed services partners
- Use Autopilot for data migration and ensure logical grouping of deployment tasks.
- Support integration efforts post-acquisition, including campaign planning and execution.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and reporting.
- Facilitate team meetings, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure project deliverables are transitioned effectively to operations.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to strategic planning

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management within IT
- Strong background in end-user technology deployment
- Experience with MS Office end-user tools (especially Windows 11)
- Must be personable, client-facing, and able to work across teams
- Comfortable working with EMEA support teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP certification
