Infrastructure Delivery Engineer

· Perform operational tasks such as server provisioning, upgrades, patching, changes, and testing.
· Participate in IT system implementations from requirements gathering through implementation and support transition.
· Document newly implemented or existing systems in Linux and processes according to quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
· Install and configure
· Automate Infrastructure tasks in Ansible
· Build virtual machines in Azure or AWS
· Identify and address technical or operational risks and inefficiencies with IT systems.
· Develop and maintain documentation and utilize change management processes for operational best practices and systems maintenance.
· Collaborate with project managers in the development of detailed project plans.
· Develop and execute a support transition plan for system implementations.
Provide assistance for issues escalated from downstream support teams.

· Bachelor's degree
· 3-5 years of experience focusing mainly on delivery processes in Linux, with operations, building virtual machines, and designing and implementing solutions
· Virtualization and networking experience in VMware, Nutanix, or similar platforms
· Scripting and automation experience in Ansible
· Experience with deployment in hyperscalers such as Azure and AWS
Familiarity with ITIL, change management, and documentation processes
