Job Description

An Insight Global client needs a DevOps Engineer to assist in updating and improving a secure case tracking portal. This tool provides various secure or government agencies with a portal for creating and updating cases for their customer product issues.

This team will be working with Client Stakeholders to develop the new solution, and more closely align the new tool to current corporate solutions. Once implemented, resources will be expected to help maintain and support the solution with issues and/or enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to assist engineers with debugging and verification, and confidence working both independently and as part of a small team.
- Experience working with Linux
- Experience with CI/CD tooling.
- Hands on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong SysAdmin / DevOps skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms, primarily AWS.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestrators, including Kubernetes / EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Services)
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with creating Helm charts and deploying using them
- CICD processes for handling automated image builds and lifecycle policies
- Ability to work EST hours

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Terragrunt experience
- Local to Raleigh, NC or Reston, VA for occasional onsite team collaboration
