Job Description
Partner with diverse stakeholder groups including senior leadership, business units, operations teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives. Schedule and facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, capture business requirements, and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles. Coordinate cross-functional activities and manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timeline dependencies, and coordinate resource allocation across multiple initiatives. Track project milestones, identify risks and issues, and facilitate resolution through appropriate escalation channels. Perform project administrative functions including meeting documentation, action item tracking, and deliverable management.

Required Skills & Experience
· 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience with demonstrated PMO exposure
· 2+ years managing multiple stakeholder relationships with proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and coordinate complex requirements across diverse groups Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Confluence)
· Exceptional organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and coordinate at all organizational levels Strong analytical capabilities for synthesizing complex information and creating actionable insights
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
