Job Description

The Construction & Maintenance Supervisor supports a diverse team responsible for achieving company objectives through the safe and efficient execution of construction, maintenance, and restoration activities. This role ensures that work is completed to meet customer needs, adheres to safety and quality standards, and aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, support, and guide construction and maintenance crews in the execution of daily work, restoration efforts, and project assignments.
Oversee and assist in the scheduling, coordination, and completion of construction, maintenance, and restoration activities.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety policies, industry standards, and established work methods and procedures.
Monitor progress to ensure customer commitment dates are met and proactively respond to customer requests to enhance satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve field challenges and support efficient work execution.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to safe work practices across all activities.
Provide field leadership, direction, and support to drive team performance, productivity, and quality of work.
Assist in planning, resource allocation, and process improvements to optimize operational effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in construction, maintenance, utility operations, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team‑support skills with the ability to motivate and guide field personnel.
Demonstrated knowledge of safe work practices, construction standards, work methods, and operating procedures.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet customer and operational deadlines.
