Job Description

Insight Globals client, a SaaS mental healthcare start-up, is looking for an Operations Assistant to support the COO. This position will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including helping to support COO on day-to-day operations, running payroll, 401k administration, and will also be handling sensitive information. The ideal candidate will be very proactive and comfortable with not having a list of things to do but finding things to do to help manage the D2D operations workload. This candidate will be providing additional support to the Director of Customer Support and Director of Sales & Training. This will be a fully remote role for a 12-month contract to hire opportunity. The COO lives in Austin, TX so it is preferred for collaboration purposes that this person sits near there but that is not mandatory.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experienced and reasonable candidate
- Previous experience in QuickBooks supporting payroll and 401k administration
- Proven experience handling sensitive information
- Able to set up spreadsheets and workflows, preferably in G-Suite
- Organized, proactive, and assertive with strong written and verbal communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Event planning background
- Experience working with Rippling HR software
- Sitting in Austin, TX
