Job Description

The Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing the organization’s daily cash flow, forecasting liquidity needs, supporting investment and debt management activities, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies. This role plays a critical part in optimizing the company’s financial performance and minimizing risk.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain cash flow forecast model.
• Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts and variance analysis.

Supporting Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Bank account administration.
• Support treasury operations including wire transfers, cash pooling, and intercompany funding.
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury-related audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and other departments on cash management and forecasting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Kyriba, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior forecasting or modeling experience.
• Familiarity with treasury management systems and banking platforms.
