Job Description

Overview
We are hiring a Senior Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer to support control systems, automation, and digital systems in regulated nuclear environments. This role emphasizes I&C engineering, with strong interaction across electrical systems, digital platforms, and compliance processes.
This is a technical individual contributor role supporting safety‑critical operations.

Day‑to‑Day Work
• Review I&C and control system engineering changes
• Validate control logic, configurations, and system impacts
• Perform field or plant walkdowns
• Create and review detailed compliance documentation
• Support regulatory audits and formal reviews
• Collaborate with electrical, cyber, OT, and operations teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of instrumentation & controls or controls engineering experience
• 3–5 years in the nuclear industry
○ Familiarity with nuclear regulatory and documentation requirements
• Experience in industrial, utility, or plant‑based environments
• Strong coordination with electrical engineering teams
• ETAP experience required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Advanced ETAP experience
• Experience working alongside OT or cyber teams is a plus
