Develop site-wide LOTO strategy and documentation.
Interface with commissioning and construction partners, and internal stakeholders.
Oversee training, compliance, and audits.
Perform LOTO execution, permitting, and signature verification.
Act as the point person for coordination and team guidance.

Experience with 480V and 4160V systems (24V and 280V also relevant).
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and electrical schematics.
Previous experience setting up a LOTO program.
Experience with black and clean utilities and/or background in instrumentation & controls (I&C) and electrical systems.
Experience coordinating with commissioning partners (Jacobs, Fluor) on greenfield projects is a plus.
