As an HR Generalist with a focus on onboarding, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience from day one. Youll be responsible for managing the onboarding process, ensuring compliance, and supporting new hires as they transition into their roles. This position is essential to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for incoming talent, helping to build the foundation of a high-performing and mission-driven workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the onboarding process, including initiating background checks, drug screenings, and entering employee data into ADP.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support HR administrative tasks and assist with maintaining headcount tracking and orientation planning.
Collaborate with the People & Culture team and other internal committees to support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Provide support for various HR programs and projects as needed.
Uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Perform additional duties as assigned

High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant HR experience,
OR
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field with 2+ years of relevant HR experience
Previous experience as an HR Generalist performing onboarding functions.
Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment.
Prior leadership experience and experience conducting investigations or coaching.
Familiarity with HR systems such as iCIMS, ADP, and DocuSign.
2+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
