As a nurse, you will provide direct and indirect patient care by utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You must meet the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural needs of the patient and family. You must also communicate effectively with all healthcare team members about changes in the patient's condition or response to treatments
This role requires flexibility and a willingness to help the team. It provides extensive room for advancement and leadership experience.

Completing the Nursing Diploma Program or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited school is required.
You must have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 30 days of hire.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within 6 months of employment for Superflex RN positions.
A current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license is also required. Handle with care is preferred.
