A client of Insight Global is looking for an AI Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying world-class Decision Intelligence and AI-enabled products for our customers.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with AI/ML deployment, Agent deployment, LLM integration,Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns, cloud architecture, API integration, observability, and production readiness.
Experience with understanding the process for deploying AI/ML models to Azure cloud platform. Strong understanding of cloud computing, containerization, and DevSecOps practices
Proficient working with semi-structured file formats and NoSQL databases
Proficiency in at least one common programming language, such as Python or Java.
Experience with AI application frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
Need to know how to write code (will be asked this on the interview)
Familiarity with Responsible AI principles, such as fairness, bias mitigation, and model explainability.
Experience in the healthcare industry or knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules. (will stand out if they have rev cycle experience)
Design and implement scalable and efficient ML Ops pipelines for ingesting, processing, and storing large volumes of structured and unstructured data
