Job Description
Our higher education client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a complex enterprise technology initiative, including a Salesforce implementation and a Kindsight implementation. This role will be partnering with our advancement team and will be responsible for driving delivery across multiple workstreams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned project manager with strong experience in waterfall methodologies, enterprise application implementations, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end project management for a Salesforce implementation and Kindsight implementation
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using ServiceNow
Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders
Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and executive‑level communication
Coordinate with internal IT teams, business partners, and external vendors/integrators
Ensure adherence to waterfall project management methodologies and documentation standards
Track project deliverables and ensure alignment with business and institutional goals
Proactively identify risks and issues and drive mitigation plans to resolution

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of IT project management experience, leading enterprise‑level initiatives
-Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects
-Strong understanding of waterfall project management methodologies
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including: MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
-Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
-Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with Kindsight implementations
-Background working with higher education institutions
-Experience managing vendor‑led or system integrator engagements
-Experience with ServiceNow for project management tasks
