You will have opportunities to participate in all phases of product development, including product definition, architecture, system budget, transistor-level circuit design, MCM design, layout/layout supervision, lab debug and production support
As the hub of front-end module design, you will drive the front-end design and work with a multi-discipline team developing PA, RF switches, LNA, acoustic filters to achieve optimum module performance for the high volume and fast paced cellular handset market
You will directly interact with customer about Pin I/O, size, performance spec and provide suggestion/solution
Own floor-planning which including module pinouts, package size, signal flows plan, package technology, link budget, etc.
Take a lead on the new technology/architecture suggestion with comprehensive and accurate analysis
Drive front-end module design methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency
Drive the module design review and tapeout
Get involve and support the new package technology development
