An employer is looking for a ISSO to sit at Fort Bragg. This role involves supporting the accreditation and integration of new systems and software into secure networks, particularly those introduced by external vendors. The position requires managing system security documentation, including collecting artifacts, drafting system plans, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The candidate will coordinate closely with network engineers to ensure smooth and secure implementation. Responsibilities also include overseeing the full lifecycle of system accreditation, working with authorizing officials, and maintaining records in enterprise-level security management platforms. Additionally, the role involves conducting vulnerability scans using industry-standard tools and contributing to compliance efforts through inspections and technical reviews.
Compensation:
$55/hr to $60/hr.

Experience in performing IT audits, security planning, and policy development.
Experience with Vulnerability tools like ACAS
An understanding of related information technology (e.g. firewalls, VPN, virtualization, DLP, etc.) and physical security assets.
Knowledge of domain structures, user authentication, data encryption, access audits and end-user security best practices.
