Job Description
Deliver infrastructure and cloud projects from design to completion.
Take ownership of core systems and services, ensuring performance, security, and stability.
Manage and support Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Active Directory.
Implement and maintain VOIP solutions (e.g., Teams Voice).
Deploy and support monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, etc.).
Lead or support migration and implementation initiatives (e.g., on-prem to cloud, SaaS adoption).
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate across IT and business teams.

Required Skills & Experience
Powershell scripting experience
Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and AD.
Good understanding of VOIP and network fundamentals.
Experience with monitoring/observability solutions.
Proven background in project delivery and system ownership.
Excellent problem-solving, communication
