Job Description
The SAP Functional Analyst supports the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA business processes within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role ensures the successful delivery of SAP enhancements and maintains system stability in compliance with FDA, GxP, and SOX standards.
The ideal candidate provides functional expertise across integrated business processes—specifically Record-to-Report (RtR), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)—facilitating seamless data flow across Finance, Supply Chain, and third-party integrations.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive IT/Functional experience, with a focus on SAP Finance and Integration.
• Proven experience in a Life Sciences/Biotech environment with a demonstrated understanding of GxP and CSV requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and modern integration landscapes (e.g., Ariba, Concur)
