Job Description
• Act as the primary liaison between BI, business stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive end to end project execution for BI initiatives, from planning through delivery, within a regulated pharma environment.
• Prepare and deliver high quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews.
• Develop, manage, and maintain Excel based reporting, including pivot tables, trackers, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, status reporting, risk tracking, and dependency management across multiple stakeholders.
• Translate complex data and BI outputs into clear, actionable insights for non technical audiences.
• Track milestones, risks, and action items, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Support governance processes, documentation, and standard reporting practices for the BI team.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in pharma, life sciences, or regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior audiences.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, including executive level presentations and storytelling with data.
• Strong Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, data analysis, reporting, and financial or KPI tracking.
• Experience supporting BI, analytics, or data teams preferred.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working with BI tools or dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with clinical, commercial, or operational pharma data.
• Agile or formal project management training/certification.
