Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a certified ClinDoc/Orders analyst to support one of the largest hospital systems in North Carolina. This client is implementing Behavioral Health workflows within Epic ClinDoc on the inpatient side. This role will focus on both new project build and ongoing backfill support within both ClinDoc and Orders, with heavy involvement in Rover and inpatient documentation tools.

Required Skills & Experience
• ClinDoc and Orders Certifications
• Experienced specifically within the inpatient area, NOT ambulatory
• Heavy hands-on experience with build/configuration including
• Flowsheets, navigators, dashboards, SmartTools, Reports
Comfortable balancing project work and production/backfill support
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Epic Behavioral Health experience
• Experience working with security checks within Epic
• Rover experience (especially related to nursing documentation)
