Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Epic BI Developer to support our Supply Chain team by transforming complex clinical and operational data into meaningful insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a client‑facing environment, communicates confidently with leadership, and enjoys building high‑impact dashboards and visualizations.
You’ll work at the intersection of Epic data and Supply Chain systems (including Infor), helping stakeholders understand spend, utilization, and operational performance through clear, actionable analytics.

Required Skills & Experience

Must haves:
3-5 years experience working with Epic data, or similar Epic reporting role.
Strong understanding of Epic data structures, reporting tools, and data models.
Experience working with Supply Chain data
Infor experience
Demonstrated ability to build interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Epic‑native tools.
Ability to create bubble charts, spend dashboards, and comparative analytics.
Comfortable working directly with clients, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
Experience in healthcare supply chain analytics.
Familiarity with data blending, ETL processes, and cross‑system data integration.
Prior consulting or contract experience in a client‑facing role.
