Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Saviynt engineer to lead the implementation and optimization of Saviynt for a large industrial client, targeted to go live in January. This role involves deploying certifications and simplifying them for business partners, as well as taking ownership of joiner-mover-leaver processes to ensure audit readiness. This person will troubleshoot hurdles, provide hands-on engineering expertise, and train the team to build internal capability. This position is critical for bridging the current gaps in Saviynt knowledge, supporting PAM solutions like CyberArk, and ensuring smooth integration with systems such as SAP, Azure AD, and ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Saviynt for identity governance and administration.
• Implement and optimize user provisioning, access certifications, and joiner-mover-lever processes to ensure audit readiness.
• Integrate Saviynt across various enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues, ensuring smooth implementation and performance.
• Collaborate across various teams to align solutions with security and compliance standards.
• Maintain strong governance infrastructure while simplifying processes for business partners.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years in IAM/IGA engineering with hands-on deployment experience
• 3+ years working with Saviynt (or SailPoint with proven ability to transition quickly)
• Expertise in identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and compliance frameworks (SOX, CMMC)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to lead complex implementations
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems (SAP, AD, Azure AD, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
• Familiarity with audit processes and certification deployment
• Ability to train and mentor team members on technical solutions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
