Insight Global is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for a large industrial supplies client. The Executive Assistant will provide high level administrative support to the CPO and General Counsel. The ideal candidate will sit in Davidson, NC and have experience facilitating communication and coordination between leadership teams, their direct reports and departments.
- Manage and maintain executive's schedules, including arranging meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries including international visits
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, providing accurate and timely responses when necessary
- Coordinate and oversee projects, ensuring deadlines are met
- Handle follow-up actions for meetings and conferences
- Prepare and process expense reports and maintain financial records
- Prepare and process invoices for payment
- Assist with the preparation of materials for board meetings and other executive-level engagements

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar support role
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and calendar management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
On site in Davidson, NC office Tuesday-Thursday, unless otherwise required due to events
- Manufacturing industry experience
