Insight Global is seeking a Laravel Developer for a telecom client in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using the Laravel framework. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in full-stack development, and capable of delivering scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel and PHP
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with front-end developers and integrate user-facing elements
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
• Work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) to design and manage schemas
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed
• Support deployment processes and ongoing application maintenance

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Laravel Developer or PHP Developer
• Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework
• Experience with MVC architecture and object-oriented programming
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Experience with containerization (Docker)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
