Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to support onsite equipment deliveries and installation. This role will operate a 40‑ton RT crane and assist with general site operations, including equipment handling and light site work. This is a hands‑on, flexible role for someone who enjoys a “get‑it‑done” work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate a 40‑ton RT crane to unload large equipment and assist with erection under supervision
• Use additional equipment such as forklifts, front‑end loaders, and Lulls to move materials onsite
• Safely unload and handle large, heavy pieces of equipment
• Assist with light site work, including cleaning out parts of equipment as needed
• Work closely with the onsite Project Manager and Supervisor to support daily operations
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork
