Job Description

• Lead quality initiatives focused on continuous improvement and waste reduction
• Develop, implement, and maintain process controls and quality checkpoints
• Supervise and mentor hourly QA technicians
• Ensure ISO, GMP, and internal quality requirements are met
• Align training programs with quality standards and operational needs
• Drive quality culture across hourly and salaried teams
• Support production schedules, including extended hours when required
• Analyze quality data and implement corrective and preventive actions

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance and/or Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (flexible with strong experience)
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
• Strong continuous improvement background focused on waste elimination and process controls
• Experience with ISO standards and audit readiness
• 3+ years of supervisory experience leading hourly QA technicians or production support teams
• Proven ability to build and enforce quality systems and checkpoints
• GMP experience with demonstrated leadership in process control
• Ability to work extended hours as required by production demands

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience acting as both QA Engineer and Supervisor
• Background in culture transformation driven through hourly employee engagement
• Experience rebuilding or enhancing quality systems over time
• Strong training development and delivery experience
• Manufacturing environments with high mix / high volume production
