The ideal candidate will Provide Tier 1 IT network support for all network infrastructure devices & services.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in related field with a minimum of five (5) years related
experience or ten (10) years direct experience required.
• Practical experience in implementing & administering networks with more than
500 clients preferred.
• Certification in a networking infrastructure discipline (e.g. CCNA, CCNP)
preferred.
• Specific knowledge of networking principles & concepts preferred.
• Trouble-shoot, diagnose, resolve & document IT network devices (switches,
routers, firewalls) & infrastructure systems (Monitoring Tools, Network
Management systems, etc.) preferred.
• Perform project implementation & management tasks, including risk assessments,
vendor analysis, specification development, system implementation & training for
various information technology, telecommunication technology projects in
accordance with established procedures preferred.
• Perform life-cycle system development tasks for IT network & infrastructure
systems preferred.
