Job Description
You'll lead the design and user experience for the Fastbreak Impact product, initially focusing on a web-based platform with future plans for mobile development. You'll collaborate closely with the engineering team and other product designers to ensure our products are user-friendly for non-technical users.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years in UX/UI design
• Portfolio of web-based SaaS products
• Experience in fast-paced, startup environments
• Comfortable in small, collaborative teams
• Proven ability to design intuitive, beautiful interfaces
• Proficiency in Figma, CSS, and HTML
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Cursor or similar AI-assisted dev tools
• Front-end development familiarity (not full dev)
• Background in sports tech or youth sports
