Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Telecom Implementation Engineer on behalf of a telecom client in Charlotte, NC. This person will work alongside the sales engineers and solution architects, to "bridge the gap" between sales, operations and service fufillment. They will be responsible for the "soup to nuts" configuration of sales solutions. They will detail requirements, create and improve process and data documentation, and facilitate strategic conversations with the client. A Fortinet SME is highly preferred for the role.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in a sales engineer or service fulfillment role within a telecom environment
Fortinet NSE Certification (2-5 is ideal)
CCNA level knowledge
Experience with the entire telecom sales solution lifecycle, from initial sales call through solutioning, design, implementation, and post implementation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
CCNA or CCNP
Fortinet NSE 6+
