Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technology Risk & Regulatory Engagement Officer to support a top financial services client within Global Technology. This role will partner closely with technology teams, audit, and risk stakeholders to support complex audit and regulatory engagements. The ideal candidate is a self starter with strong technology risk acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly visible environment. This position offers exposure to senior technology leaders and the opportunity to play a critical role in managing regulatory and operational risk across enterprise technology.
Day-to-Day:
• Support technology focused audit exams and second line risk assessments
• Coordinate audit and regulatory engagements from initiation through completion
• Analyze assessment questions and develop clear, accurate, and defensible response materials
• Partner with technical SMEs to gather, review, and validate supporting evidence
• Author, edit, and review written responses, overviews, and deep dive presentations
• Review technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and relevance
• Identify and analyze control deficiencies and support disposition and remediation efforts
• Track deliverables and ensure timely execution against aggressive timelines
• Engage with stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Audit, and Risk
• Communicate status, risks, and impacts to leadership and senior stakeholders
• Drive collaboration and consistency across global teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in internal control, audit, regulatory, risk, compliance, or legal within financial services or technology
• Strong experience supporting Audit, Compliance, or Operational Risk engagements
• Ability to analyze assessment questions and develop clear, well positioned written responses
• Experience coordinating with technical subject matter experts and managing assessment timelines
• Strong writing and communication skills, including synthesizing technical content for varied audiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Strong relationship management and collaboration skills with ability to influence stakeholders
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and solving complex problems
• Detail oriented with strong documentation review and quality assurance skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of Technology domain disciplines
• Experience within Audit & Compliance domain

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, or similar
• Prior technology operational risk or compliance experience
• Bank specific risk management and governance experience
• Experience working with both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Exposure to Global Technology, CIO organizations, or enterprise technology teams
