Job Description
We are seeking 2 highly organized and self-driven Technology Program Managers to join our Markets Production Support team. This role is part of a strategic transition to formalize and operationalize capacity management within the markets space, aligning it with consumer-side practices while introducing new tools, procedures, and a self-service model.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the transition of capacity management responsibilities from the markets side to production support.
• Design and implement new procedures, tools, and audit artifacts to support a self-service model for production support managers.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal operational policies.
• Support production support teams in forecasting capacity needs for onboarding new applications.
• Assist in interpreting business volume indicators (BVIs) and translating technical metrics into actionable insights.
• Use tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and SRE dashboards to monitor upstream data flows and business transactions.
• Contribute to a new program, particularly during service interruptions
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives including Project X, Y, Z, integrating capacity management into broader program goals.
• Translate technical updates and JIRA entries into executive-level summaries
• Provide clear, concise updates to leadership and stakeholders with minimal oversight.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience acting as a program or project manager within a technical space
• Experience in capacity management, production support, or infrastructure operations.
• Experience working directly within the financial domain
• Familiarity with Splunk, Dynatrace, and SRE tools.
• Strong understanding of business volume indicators (BVIs) and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill technical information into business-friendly language.
• Experience with JIRA and audit documentation processes.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Program management experience, especially in high-availability environments.
• Exposure to financial services or consumer/markets infrastructure.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, interruption-prone environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
