Insight Global is looking for two talented and sharp Technology Managers for one of our top financial services clients. These individuals will be joining an established Financial Technology team within the Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology space. These roles will be a combination of technology leadership and project focus. It is essential that these individuals have strong technical backgrounds (hands-on development experience) and have moved into a leadership roles / manager roles in recent experience. In these roles, these individuals will be responsible for leading and managing a team of application developers, think holistically about technical delivery, and be an excellent documenter. These roles will not include hands-on development but may require guidance and leadership through development, so previous hands-on experience is mandatory. The ideal candidates will be someone who has experience in a large enterprise banking environment. Candidates must have very strong communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong technical background w/ hands-on development experience
Two Roles:
- UI Focused Role (UI + Database work, SQL development understanding)
- Backend Focused Role (Oracle, .NET
Proven experience leading and guiding development teams
JIRA
Familiarity w/ DataStage (preferred, but open to other similar ETL/ELT tools)
Strong technical documentation skills
Comfortable working with tech execs to influence meeting target dates and mitigate risks
Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
Financial or Banking industry experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous Bank of America experience
