Job Description

Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is hiring for a Technical Project Manager to support large‑scale systems implementation work tied to an active merger for a 1 year contract, to sit 3-4 days a week on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina for $47-$53 an hour. This individual will help coordinate project activities across Payroll, HR, and Technology teams, while driving timelines, facilitating cross‑functional communication, and preparing executive‑level updates. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments and can confidently command a room when presenting to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
• 5-7 years of professional experience as a Project Manager during a systems implementation
• Working Payroll or HR knowledge/experience (ex: understanding how to do direct deposits)
• Experience preparing and giving executive level leadership presentations through PowerPoint
• Slightly aggressive personality (ability to command the room)
• Bachelor's degree
