A large banking/financial services client is looking for Teal Lead/Principal Engineer to join the Platform Engineering team within their Technology & Innovation group. This Tech Lead will be joining in order to help lead and own the integration effort surrounding their platform, for their client servicing platform specifically around rebates and commercial. This Tech lead will essentially be an extension of the hiring manager himself. At its core this role requires technology expertise in .Net core and Azure Cloud Services as well as extensive backend API development and feeding into Salesforce, This role will require 90% of time spent on the team leadership side and about 10% hands on coding. The ideal individual is a senior level individual who has fantastic tech skills along with soft skill to coordinate with various business groups, run meetings with C level leadership on behalf of the manager, escalation, coordination, and working with multiple tech teams and product team. Financial services experience is a must and experience architecting a system, running meetings, coordination, etc. Knowing what's a priority, what needs to be immediately handled, and what needs to be escalated is crucial. Helping to connect large complex data to APIs, integrate APIs, and communicate effectively with both the business and the various technical teams involved.
