Insight Global is seeking multiple Support Services Engineers in the Charlotte, NC area for a direct hire opportunity! This resource will be responsible in providing IT support in an MSP environment and be willing to work in multiple different environments like hardware and software platforms. Youll work directly with client staff and management at the client sites to provide technical services and troubleshooting. This is a Microsoft shop and having experience with Windows, O365, Azure will be required to perform services for their clients. Youll provide daily updates, work through different tickets and help resolve any technical issues! There is an on call schedule on an 8-week schedule. Typical hours are Monday-Friday 8-5. This position is 80% remote and 20% onsite with clients.
