Insight Global is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager for a top enterprise client. This individual will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and driving cost‑effective procurement solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, experience working in a CRM environment, and the ability to partner cross‑functionally to deliver value, optimize contracts, and support business growth within a fast‑paced enterprise setting. This is a permanent opportunity that comes with a base salary of range $100,000-130,000 a year, with an 18% annual bonus.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7 years of experience as a Sourcing Manager
• Experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories
○ Background supporting sales and marketing, BPO's, Travel, Uniforms and Waste sourcing
• Experience in establishing, communicating and managing Supplier Performance Metrics (cost/timeliness/quality); vendor relationship management experience
• Experience working within a CRM or similar sourcing/procurement system
Bachelor’s degree in management, operations, and/ or accounting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience partnering with cross‑functional business stakeholders
• Experience negotiating outsourcing agreements
• Experience in large, enterprise‑level organizations
• Proven cost‑savings, contract optimization, or process improvement experience
