The Sr. Salesforce Developer will support Bank of America's Commercial Credit Center Project, a commercial client-based underwriting application. This individual will join an Agile team within the Commercial Credit Technology organization and contribute to business objectives prioritized through PI Planning by the platform management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the onsite team to identify business needs and customize existing technology solutions to meet requirements.
• Maintain existing software systems by identifying and resolving defects.
• Support multiple projects while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Document and report application details and technical specifications.
• Develop technical specifications and test plans.
• Provide weekend on-call support during application releases.
• Deliver story point estimates and solution designs.
• Review code and ensure Salesforce governor limits are considered.
• Take ownership of team deliverables and mentor junior team members

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 6–8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Experience with MuleSoft or ETL integrations, including at least 3–4 integrations.
• Experience delivering 3–4 large-scale Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations with significant Force.com customizations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, advanced Visualforce components, and Chatter API.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce design and development best practices.
• Proven experience supporting production releases, resolving issues, and providing off-hours support as needed.
• Extensive experience working in SAFe Agile environments and onsite/offshore delivery models.
• Experience with enterprise Force.com release management and Metadata API.
• Experience building integrations using SFDC Web Services APIs.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile/XP methodologies.

Primary Technical Skills:
• Software: Salesforce, Mule, ETL
• Programming: Apex, Triggers, Salesforce Administration, Mule, Informatica
• Database: RDBMS

Additional Requirements:
• Strong understanding of functional testing processes and test scenarios.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain and validate automated scripts against requirements and specifications.
• Experience with automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience working within international virtual teams and matrix organizations.
• Strong team-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Understanding of credit underwriting technologies.
• Knowledge of nCino.
• Experience with ETL tools, including Informatica.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning implementations.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• At least one Salesforce certification preferred.

Plusses:
• nCino product knowledge or experience with products built on the Salesforce platform.
• Banking or financial services domain experience.
