Job Description

Responsible for daily accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, general ledger, and month‑end close activities. Supports inventory, cost, fixed asset, and intercompany accounting, while ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS and maintaining accurate financial data in SAP S/4HANA. Partners cross‑functionally to support audits, tax coordination, billing accuracy, financial reporting, and process improvements, including the development of reporting and performance‑tracking tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience
○ Previous accounting experience for manufacturing is required - understanding inventory evaluation, depreciating assets, costing, etc…
• SAP S4/HANA experience is required – especially FI/CO, MM, and inventory.
• Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP
• Experience owning monthly close processes.
• Knowledge of cost accounting and inventory valuation.
• Ability to analyze financial data and explain variances.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• International accounting experience
• Comfortable occasionally working with international teams and time zones
• IFRS exposure
