Job Description
· Operate vinyl plotters and related sign production equipment
· Cut, weed, mask, and apply vinyl graphics to various substrates
· Prepare and set up artwork files for production
· Perform installations as needed (in-shop and occasional field work)
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace
· Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
· Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints, shop drawings, worksheets, records, and other documentation to complete assigned tasks.
· Conduct QC of finished parts and equipment.
· Audit and inventory raw material levels as required.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience cutting and applying vinyl
· Proficiency in:
o CorelDRAW
o Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
o FLEXI Sign software
· Strong understanding of layout, scaling, and production setup
· Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions
· Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
· Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
