Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer with 3–8 years of experience building and enhancing solutions on the ServiceNow Now Platform. This developer will follow core ServiceNow best practices (upgrade-safe configuration, scoped development, reusable patterns, documentation, and SDLC discipline) and will have experience delivering custom applications in addition to 1–2 functional areas such as ITSM/Catalog, ITOM, Integrations, Automated Testing, HAM/SAM, or APM.
This role supports feature delivery, platform enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts—balancing build quality, maintainability, and business value. This role is to sit 1-2 days a week in office. Open to
Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Chennai, or Kolkata locations.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–8 years hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer (platform development, configuration, scripting).
• Proven experience delivering custom applications on ServiceNow.
• Experience with 1–2 of: ITSM/Catalog, ITOM, Integration, Automated Testing, HAM/SAM, APM.
• Strong understanding of platform security concepts such as RBAC/ACLs and controlled access patterns.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Exposure to CMDB and data integrity practices (especially if working with ITOM, ITSM, or Asset).
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams and supporting release cycles.
• Certifications (nice-to-have): CSA / CAD / CIS aligned to role needs.
