Insight Global is looking for a Full Stack Developer for one of our commercial real estate investment banks in Charlotte, NC. This individual will be primarily responsible for overseeing the development of comprehensive software applications within the organization. This person will require a deep knowledge and understanding of software development and deployment to facilitate smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of software projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Developing enterprise level applications through complete application development life cycles.
* Translate business requirements into detailed design and technical specifications.
* Participate in training and development programs to mentor and help other developers grow and increase knowledge and skills.
* Review technical and operational aspects of bugs and user stories, contributing feedback and optimization suggestions.
* Actively participate in scrum meetings, technical review sessions, planning and requirement discussions, and all release planning and deployment activities.
* Review application code, offering feedback and insights, and ensure adherence to the highest quality and security standards as part of the final approval process in Pull Requests.
* Collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.

* Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
* 3-5 years' experience as a full stack developer (enterprise level)
* Experience in application delivery within a cloud environment.
o particularly with Azure cloud services (EntraID, Functions, Web Apps.)
* 3-5 years SQL experience
* Ability in managing CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps.
* Proficient in a range of programming languages and frameworks, such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, .NET Core, React (or similar), and GraphQL.
* Ability to be self-motivated and work on different projects as need be.
