• Classification of Infra role and DevOps Role
• Should be able to configure, deploy and support workloads on OpenShift independently.
• Should be able to write scripts in Ansible, python, PowerShell and bash script for various automation needs.
• Should know Ansible Tower setup.
• Should understand build, deployment, and release process.
• Should be able to work on integrating continuous integration and deployment setup as per the project requirements.
• Should have experience working on bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory
• Should be able to work on Aqua vulnerabilities in image.
• Adaptable to work on various infrastructure automation needs.
• Production support on need basis
Foundational Skills:
• Expertise in supporting Container production (K8s/RedHat OpenShift) environments, and associated maintenance, change control, incident, and
• problem management.
• Strong experience in Linux administration, programming experience in at least one language (Python, Shell scripting)
• Strong experience in onboarding applications to OpenShift
• Strong experience in Infrastructure automation using Ansible or Python
• Experience in building large scale distributed enterprise platforms with focus on performance, scale, security, and reliability.
• Self-motivated and results oriented with excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities.

Required Skills:
• Work with Application and development Teams to onboard the applications and integrate with CI/CD platform.
• Be able to Configure, Deploy, and Support Bank workloads to securely run and operate in Container Infra (K8s/RedHat Open Shift/AKS).
• Responsible for engineering of new capabilities to the OpenShift/Container Platforms and delivering those capabilities in a fully automated and
• supportable fashion.
• Develop software or system scripts to simplify or eliminate the dependence on human intervention for recurring tasks.
• Identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for reliability improvement in the solution.
• A solid understanding of SDLC
• Expert level working with Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible, Ansible Tower, JIRA.
• Experience in release/build engineering processes, A/B deployments and testing
• Experience implementing and supporting Continuous Integration and Delivery practices and automation tools.
• Strong expertise in Python
• Able to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
• Able to support development teams in a fast-paced environment in critical situations.
• Able to multitask and have a sense of priorities.
• Experience with supporting applications
• Experience with Agile development processes and tools
• Experience with modern performance monitoring and diagnostics tools (examples: Splunk, Dynatrace etc.)
