Job Description
Our client is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst/ BI Developer to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This individual will work on one of the two projects.
Project 1: Focused on Communication, Stakeholer Management, Data Analysis and Insights
Project 2: Focused on Databricks Architecture, Technical Best Practices, New Program Development, and Reporting
Responsibilities are shown below:
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) on any dataset and perform descriptive analytics.
• Understanding data pipelines and ability to request/shape data requirements.
• PowerBI or equivalent experience in designing and developing dashboards.
• Ability to work with large datasets and integrating multiple data sources for generating insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data scientists to consume data outputs and embed into dashboards.
• Shaping requirements for self-service dashboards and data insights.
• Familiarity with experimentation and measurement at scale.

Required Skills & Experience
• Must be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
• 4+ years of experience working with SQL
• 3+ years of experience working with Python
• 2+ years of experience working with Databricks, specifically building pipelines, querying and processing tables, etc.
• 2+ years of experience with Power BI, specifically to build joins, aggregated files, etc.
• Experience working in at an enterprise level corporation
• Experience with Azure Cloud
• Experience working in a retail environment
• Fantastic verbal and writing communication skills
