Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr Scrum Master to join one of our top financial services clients. This individual will be joining an agile team within the Risk and Finance Technology space. In the role, this individual will be responsible for the following: balancing one of more scrum teams simultaneously, coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, enabling continuous improvement within the team. Scrum masters are also responsible for delivery management and oversight support for key projects within this LOB's portfolio.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years leading Scrum teams
Strong understanding of Agile / SDLC / project management concepts
Analytical Experience
Must have project delivery experience either as a Project Manager or taking on those responsibilities as a Scrum Master
HIGHLY PREFERRED – Capital Markets Product knowledge
Experience with complex applications
Experience in a high-pressure environment
Great communication skills
JIRA / Confluence
Certifications: CSM, SAFe, PSM
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Financial Services experience
Knowledge of Testing practices, not hands on
