Job Description
We’re looking for a collaborative and driven Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across cross-functional teams. In this role, you will act as a servant-leader, helping teams operate efficiently, remove obstacles, and continuously improve how they deliver value.
You’ll work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure high-quality product delivery while fostering a strong Agile mindset across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach teams at different levels of Agile maturity
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
Experience navigating organizational challenges and removing roadblocks
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) – Scrum Alliance
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) – Scrum.org
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) – Scaled Agile
Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) – ICAgile
