Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant to support a high-impact Salesforce transformation project for one of our digital marketing clients. This hybrid role blends Salesforce development, technical leadership, and Workato integration to modernize and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Serve as a technical lead, guiding junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and maintainable architecture.
Develop and maintain Workato integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment planning.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Components, Flows).
Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
Strong understanding of Workato or similar integration platforms.
Experience in technical leadership or mentoring roles.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
Experience working with digital marketing teams or clients.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments.
